Administration and Support
We are looking for additional members to join our administration and financial planning support teams. These roles require some prior experience within financial services and come with a highly competitive salary and benefits package.

Financial Planning Administrator
This role includes a broad range of administrative tasks, including maintaining up-to-date client records, dealing with product providers to process new business applications and client transactions, and rebalancing investment portfolios in accordance with advisers’ instructions.
Experience of working with the Intelliflo back office system and investment wrap platforms would be an advantage. However, full training in these can be provided to the right candidate.
You will be working with other members of the Administration and Financial Planning teams, ensuring that tasks are completed according to a highly efficient set of processes, so the ability to work closely with colleagues in pursuit of a common goal is essential.
Financial Planning Support
Prest’s Financial Planning Support team are, along with the advisers, the primary point of contact for clients. They arrange pre-meeting research and ensure that all action points following client meetings are completed, as well as carrying out research on a wide range of financial products.
Applicants will need sound technical knowledge and an understanding of financial/investment products including pensions, ISAs and income drawdown contracts. You must also be able to demonstrate strong attention to detail and excellent client communication skills.
Candidates will ideally have some financial services qualifications and/or significant industry experience, and the ability and desire to progress to Diploma level. This is an ideal role for someone who loves dealing with clients, has the confidence and skills to manage advisers’ workloads and, most of all, relishes the responsibility and sense of achievement that comes from ensuring clients are well-looked-after and enjoy the best possible outcomes.
